Rent Payment Policy

Dear Residents,

As a friendly reminder, we would like to reiterate our rent payment policy. As you are aware, rent is due on the 1st of each month. Any payments received after the 3rd are considered late.

If your rent is late….

• A late fee of $50 and an additional $2 per day that the rent is late are assessed.

• A late payment will result in the loss of your monthly concession for that month.

• Any payments returned by the bank as a NSF are also considered late. In the event a payment is returned as a NSF, a $50 NSF fee will be charged. Please note, this is in addition to the late fees listed above.

• After receiving 2 NSF payments per apartment, we will no longer accept personal checks and you will be required to pay in certified funds.

• ALL late payments must be made in certified funds.
