As the year comes to an end, my staff and I would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for an awesome year. We have seen great changes here since our departure of our beloved Michelle and everyone has been very welcoming to those changes as I have stepped into the role as your new manager. My staff and I look forward to another great year in 2010 and with your continued support we will strive to make Courtney Trace the best Brandon has to offer.
Just a few reminders i'd like to reinerate.... my 3 P's. Parking, Pets, and Payments.
1.Parking. As we continue to keep a high occupancy rate into the new year let's keep in mind that if you have a garage please make use of the space in front of that garage. This will free up other parking space for the rest of our residents.
2.Pets. We ask that you please pick up after your pets. There's nothing worse than stepping in someone else's pet mess.
3.Payments. As the new year begin's, many of you may experience some strains from this tough economy after this holiday season. I'd like to remind you all that rent is still due on the 1st of each month. A grace period is given until the 3rd of the month in which late fee's will be assesed. Keep in mind that your lease agreement states that your concession will be forfeited for that month in result of being late. Don't cause yourself any additional fees by not paying your rent on time.
We look forward to a excellent 2010 and hope that together we can continue making Courtney Trace a wonderful place to live.
